Who we are

A public adjuster works for you — not the insurance company.

When you file a property claim, the adjuster your insurer sends represents the insurance company. A public adjuster is a licensed professional you hire to represent your side of the claim.

Ripple Public Adjusting Corp was founded by John Nicketta, who spent more than 20 years in construction and restoration before becoming a full-time public adjuster nine years ago — roughly three decades across the restoration and insurance industry. We help homeowners, business owners, and property managers:

  • Understand what your policy covers, in plain language
  • Document the full scope of the damage, room by room
  • Prepare the claim and communicate with your insurer on your behalf

Claims we handle

Help with the losses that disrupt life the most

Every photo on this site is from a real project — the kind of damage we document every week.

Interior hallway stripped to the studs after a house fire, with burned framing and wiring
Fire & smoke — interior stripped to the framing
Wind-torn roof edge with shingles and soffit ripped away above a window
Windstorm — roof edge and soffit torn away

Flood, fire, hurricane, wind, and hail are the most common — but if your property was damaged and you've filed, or plan to file, an insurance claim, we're glad to take a look.

What our clients say

In their own words — reviews shared on Google.

I had a great experience with John. He was very responsive, helped explain and answer all my questions. I am extremely appreciative of the end settlement for my claim that he was able to help me get. I would highly recommend John if you are ever in a situation where the insurance company is being difficult in settling the claim fairly.

I have had the pleasure of working with John from Ripple on a few different projects now. These guys dot every ‘i’ and cross every ‘t’. If you are looking for help from a public adjuster or appraiser, John is your guy!
